We can take only either Mastercard or Visa for payment; we do not accept American Express.

We can usually mail your book the same day or the next day.

If you live outside of the U.S.A. or Canada, we can only handle shipment by Fedex. You must pay for the book and all Fedex shipping charges in advance, before we will ship you the book.

In the special case of Canada, we can ship via U.S. Mail, but it is problematic, and we prefer to use Fedex to ease the problems of handling forms for declaring duty and passing through customs.
